I need to give praise where praise is due. I think they are such fantastic guys that are very good at their job. I liked Nathan a lot and I really liked the service he delivered , he talked through everything with me. The process was smooth and hassle free. I will be giving these nothing less than the 5 ⭐ that they deserve. I'm chuffed with my BMW it is an brilliant car and I enjoy driving it so much.

From the moment I walked through the door of this dealership I was made to feel under no pressure. Nathan could answer every question I had with a clear answer and provide honest advice. Before buying my Honda I was aware that the car had an oil leak, it needed 3 new tires and the front and rear brake pads changing. They got this sorted for me before handing over the vehicle and everything was done by the book which proved to me I was dealing with a honest and trustworthy dealer. I'm delighted with my Honda it is a great car and it drives so well.

I was interested in treating myself to a Land Rover and I happened to find one for sale with Crown Cars in Pontefract. They reserved it for me for five days because I live in Dorset and I was unable to get time off work to come and see the car until then. When I got to their premises the car was exactly as advertised and the sales executive was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. They took me for a test drive, sorted out the paperwork, tax and helped me change the insurance so I could drive away in it on the same day. The only issue I had was with the battery, which turned out to be faulty and had to be replaced, Crown Cars were very quick and professional in dealing with this problem. They refunded me the full amount for the battery and apologized for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend Crown Cars to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer. They are definitely one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with and I would buy from them again in the future without hesitation.

I'm over the moon with my VW Touran it is a lovely motor, the only minor issue with it is that it keeps running out of Diesel 🤣, I guess that is something that I will just have to live with and have to pay to refill the tank when it does. Nathan was the guy that look after me throughout the sale, he was easy to deal with, very polite and let me take the car for a test drive which was beneficial as this allowed me to get a good feel for the car, it's performance and to make sure that it was suitable for me. I did not have to drive far in it to know that it was the right car for me so I returned back to the dealership and signed all of the paperwork, this was done promptly and I was able to drive away in my new motor. I cannot fault Nath or the customer service from these, it was totally flawless.

The sales guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with whilst purchasing a Ford Fiesta for my wife. He was such a friendly person, very knowledgeable and he did not use the hard sales techniques whilst dealing with us like some second hand car dealers I know do. We have not bought a car from here before but we would definitely use them again based on the service which we had from them. My wife loves her new car, if she is happy then I am to. I've never been to this dealer before but after such a positive experience this time round I would use them again when I require something new. They certainly did go way above what I was expecting from them, a friendly sales man that knew his stuff about the cars that he was selling.
