Really good customer service from the guys at Crown, I currently have an issue with the ABS, however I am in contact with the team and they are being really helpful and courteous. The van has been great apart from that light, so I am happy upto now.

bought a jaguar sovereign from crown cars, it was a decent price and every one i spoke to was helpful and accommodating, i came 200 miles from london to purchase the car on the honesty of the sales rep,his discription and condition of the car was as accurate as one could give over the phone and via text message. all finace and paperwork was done in quick time and road tax completed at same time of purchase as i had allready sorted my insurance out the previous day., i drove away happy with my purchase. on arrival back in london i got the car serviced by a jaguar dealership and a couple of typical dealership patch ups were discovered but they were small jobs and it didnt take away from what is a beautiful car.the only issue i have is the car was advertised for sale with a full years mot but when i looked at the paperwork the mot was put on the car in october and i purchased in late january so there was only 9 months mot not 12 months, when i questioned crown cars i was told the new mot was put on the car when they aquired it, that should have been mentioned in the advertisement or to myself at time of purchase, but apart from that bit of mis communication the whole transaction from start to finish was pleasant and smooth and i would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car, many thanks, jimmy whitaker(east london)

I can't remember the name of the guy I was dealing with I'm sorry but I remember that he had a beard if that helps? He was spot on and the whole experience was just amazing to be honest with you. I was never having to chase and they kept to their word. The Audi is absolutely perfect, I am chuffed to bit with my purchase.
