Stuart and Nathan are a credit to the business, as they have never been unwelcoming. I have felt looked after as a customer, and it is really appreciated. In fact, the after-care from Crown Cars has been excellent. It's very hard to find that level of service in an industry that doesn't have the best reputation. I am very happy with my Hyundai IX35, the team at Crown Cars were so helpful. I was having a little bit of trouble getting some money due to my husband passing away and Nathan was so supportive and friendly to me, he looked after me so well. Nathan and the sales manager assured me that the car was safe to be held for about 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks of the car being kept at the dealership, I managed to get the money and I just can not thank the team enough. It's not everyday that you find a dealership will hold cars in for you. Absolutely 5 stars.
