This car is absolutely perfect, the best I have ever had. The BMW X1 was purchased for more comfort, for me, the wife and the kids of course. My favourite thing? Definitely the leather interior, I'm loving it. The staff were honest, open, approachable, and super easy to deal with. It was a pleasure. Everything was fantastic! Nothing but 5 stars.

It can be nerve racking getting a car from a dealership, especially when it's your first time buying a car, which was the position that I was in when I visited here. I had nothing to worry about because everyone was so welcoming, and they really put my mind at ease about getting a car from a dealership. The customer service was brilliant because I felt well informed throughout the whole process. I work in customer service myself, so I know what customer service to expect. I got exactly that. I've driven the car for a while and probably put 1500 miles on the clock and it has just been great.

I've only dealt with a handful of dealers before visiting this one, and it is safe to say that there have been some questionable things that haven't made it that perfect car buying experience, but I honestly can't think of a single issue that I had at this dealership. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

Finally, a dealership that is true to their word. This dealership is close to where I live, so it was easy enough for me to jump in the car and head down here. When I arrived, I explained my circumstances to the salesman and explained what I was looking for, which was a Freelander, as I had one before so I knew what to look out for before I purchased it. After looking around the car, there were a few points that I wanted to amend before I picked it up. On the day of collection, I was happy to see that he stayed true to his word and got everything sorted. From start to finish, it was a really smooth and professional transaction.

Very happy with the whole process Nathan was very helpful and kept me informed the whole process, the car battery stopped working after a week but informed Nathan and he was happy for me to take it to a local garage and they paid for the new battery to be fitted without any hesitation really great service, I would definitely use again for my next car in 3 year’s time.

After having a bad experience with another dealership and having to return the car, I was naturally nervous to purchase another car. Luckily, this dealership restored my faith in buying a car! Since purchasing in November my Golf has been perfect! I've used it every day since getting it to commute to work and bob here and there and it has just been a dream to drive.
