From the stage of enquiring about the vehicle to making the purchase; the whole process at Crowther Lodge Motor Company was made easy, simple and friendly. Initially enquiring the salesman was helpful and pleasant, I was offered a fair price on my trade-in; the vehicle I was purchasing was at a fair price and the condition was as described. On the day I went to see/purchase the car, I found the salesman very approachable, I really liked the fact there was no pressure at any point. I was passed the keys and invited to have a good look around the car at my own pace and just pop into the office once I was finished. The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the car. When it came to signing, payments etc ... the whole process was simple and easy. I left feeling great, I had received and paid a fair price that I was really happy with. The service and customer care was excellent, I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from Crowther Lodge; I will certainly come back again! Thank you Crowther Lodge.

Fancied a particular car I had seen at Crowther Lodge, i was offered £5600 for my car, recent other dealer offers just offered me £7600, £8000 and £8500. Not in the business to be taken for an idiot.

Excellent quality cars at a very fair price. First time buying from a garage and would struggle to think of a reason to go elsewhere in the future. Matthew was very Helpful and straight to the point and just let the car sell itself which was a nice change. was also very happy with the price given for part ex which I was not expecting. They do not push you to purchase the extras and allow you to look at the cars at your own leisure which was a nice change compared to other dealerships. Overall great experience from start to Finish and would highly Recommend.

Very good service from the team at Crowther Lodge. I took the wife for a test drive of a Mercedes SLK and we ended up with a double Mercedes purchase. SLK for her and a CLS for me. Ian provided a very efficient no hassle service responding to calls and emails very quickly. Both cars were seen on a Saturday, sorted and taken away on a Bank Holiday Monday. Really pleased with our purchases.
