Initially enquiring the salesman was helpful and pleasant, I was offered a fair price on my trade-in; the vehicle I was purchasing was at a fair price and the condition was as described. On the day I went to see/purchase the car, I found the salesman very approachable, I really liked the fact there was no pressure at any point. I was passed the keys and invited to have a good look around the car at my own pace and just pop into the office once I was finished. The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the car. When it came to signing, payments etc ... the whole process was simple and easy. I left feeling great, I had received and paid a fair price that I was really happy with.
