many thanks to the staff of Crowther Lodge motor company especially Jack who took me for a comprehensive test drive and answered all of my questions he also told me they were reducing the price of the car by £500 (although the original price was still on the car) the car was in excellent condition inside and out. When the time comes to replace the car this will be my first stop .

I recently bought a audi a4 from crowther lodge and will commend them on the brilliant service I received from Jack. The car was in brilliant condition and I'm very happy.

Purchased a Mercedes from Crowther. As previously stated by another reviewer they bent over backwards to sell me the car and convinced me they were a good company to deal with. Once receiving the car and on closer inspection it was obvious they had carried out little or no repairs to the car between trade in and selling on. Got full check done on car by an independent garage and received a quote totalling nearly 4k for repairs. Due to how the car was paid for I went on a very lengthy pursuit through trading standards during which Crowther washed their hands of it and would not entertain my complaints eventually had to get the financial ombudsman involved to force a resolution. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE.

When purchasing this car the customer service was very friendly. I felt no pressure to buy the car and all my questions were answered. Ryan who guided me through the buy of this vehicle made sure that the car was prepared to a high standard. l love the car ten out ten guys thanks. Richard.

Firstly I'd like to add i didn't complete the deal with this garage (deal fell on my half) however the customer service and care i received from Crowther Lodge Motor Company was completely impeccable. I've bought cars from many different dealerships beginning in Arnold and Evans etc and the service and attention to the deal doesn't even come close. You feel more of a customer rather than a profit.
