I mean whats an administration charge all about? Here their upfront from the start and not pushy in anyway, they even let you test drive the car by yourself. I had took my car to be valued with a view to selling to D J Woodcock. The gentleman i dealt with (forget to get name) was honest and fair in valuing the car giving it a thorough inspection. Although they did not purchase the car i would still recommend them if your looking to sell your car. 5 Star service.

I've just bought an older Audi TT from D J Woodcock. Not their usual stock as it's a little older but the car is original and they did a couple of jobs to it before I picked it up as part of the deal. Really well presented on collection. They were easy and pleasant to deal with and very straight talking, no high pressure selling at all. I would recommend them.

Spotted a lovely Suzuki Vitara on the forecourt and went for a test drive and I was smitten. After what seemed like ages due to a few problems my end finally picked it up today Can't praise you enough for your patience and excellent customer service with me.

I bought a Nissan from DJ Woodcock last week. I change cars every millenium, so I'm not used to car showroom etiquette. I've run a mile from pushy salesmen in the past, so was pleased that DJW were not pushy at all. Relaxed, and willing to listen. Over approx 4 weeks I looked at many cars in lots of showrooms. Tbh, pushy salespeople are rare! At DJW, they had the car I wanted, beautifully presented and in excellent condition. The price and p/x deal was competitive. Garth was straight forward, no nonesense - typical Cas. I am pleased with my purchase to date, and commend DJW to others as they made changing a car a pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a Ford Mondeo from DG Woodcock and I must say it was a totally positive experience from start to finish. Garth really looked after me without being pushy at all and the car was presented in a fantastic condition when I arrived to collect it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them if you are looking for a great car buying experience!

Heard their radio advert on Minster FM which said they were looking for good quality cars to buy. "Your car could be worth more than you think". "Generous Offers" etc. I had already had two offers from other car dealers so I thought I would see what a "Generous Offer" constituted. The guys were friendly and courteous and inspected the vehicle while I waited. The car dealership itself looked pretty decent. After some checking they came back with a price that was £500 less than what I had already been offered by other dealers. This does not constitute a "Generous Offer" in my books. While it is completely up to them to assess the vehicle and make an offer that they think fair and likewise it is up to me to accept that offer or not I felt that their advertising was a little bit misleading and that my time had been a bit wasted. The next day I sold the car to Money4YourMotors for £750 more than what D & J Woodcock had offered me. You might get a good price from them, but don't rely on their claim of "Generous Offers" when selling or trading in. This may come across like sour grapes from me, but given the other offers I had received and eventually accepted I had a good idea of what the car was worth at trade price. If they didn't wan't the vehicle they should have said so rather than try and go in with such a low ball offer.

Garth who works there was very helpful indeed, in fact it was him that spotted the fault with our car the head gasket was on its way out. So we now have a lovely Ford Fiesta. A good service indeed.

We called in to Woodcocks just to look at their cars and we were very impressed with the company from the minute we walked on to the forecourt. We were able to look at the cars on show without having a pushy salesman breathing down our necks. We decided to purchase a car from Woodcocks and can truly say that we received excellent service from the salesmen . We would have no hesitation in recommending Woodcocks to anyone wishing to buy a car from Woodcocks.
