I had seen the car I wanted on the Internet , and had phoned the day before and booked a test drive. Firstly I was impressed by the speed and ease at booking a test drive of this car and secondly by the way we were greeted when we arrived by Graham the salesman. When we arrived the car was all ready to go, after a good test drive we decided to purchase it subject to agreeing a price on our own car, they looked at our car while we had a coffee then we sat down and went through the figures, paid a deposit and picked the car up three days later. Purchased my Mercedes SLK in Feb 16 from D & J WOODCOCKS , lovely car and well presented. My initial telephone enquiry was handled well and I dealt with the same person all the way through from road test to collection. **** NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER **** bought a £14000 motor from this dealer with extremely low mileage - too good to be true and that was correct. from the day I purchased the car there was a fault / flat spot in the engine car broke down and had to be taken back to garage for pistons. after this was "resolved" the car was still in awful condition, vehicle went back to the dealer about 3 or 4 times in total even went to a Volvo garage - they would not accept responsibility for the fault at all. have now had to be taken out of the vehicle and had an independent assor out to the vehicle who confirmed all the faults. dealer still wont accept responsibility and left me in a bad situation. just be carful when ur buying vehicles - most garages if there is a fault are good to accept and help but not this garage.

Initially found a car through the Auto Trader website. Called and spoke to Garth in Sales at DJ Woodcock. He answered all my questions and gyave me the full history and background of the car and came across very professionally. The car was exactly as advised and Garth was happy for me to test drive on my own. I bought it on the first visit and was presented with all necessary paperwork and helped to tax the car.
