Dace Motor Company have been good, I was very impressed the way they've handled the situation when I've come back to them with any problems. They arranged me a courtesy car and repaired the faults with no problems. I recommend them 100% and will be going back to them for my next car.

The positives are that the car was ready when they said it would be, it was serviced like they said. The customer service stood out particularly when picking vehicle up they stayed past hours to accommodate for my needs. Slight negative is that their was a smashed window when I test drove the car so obviously I asked Dace Motor Company to empty the glass out the car, sadly they didn't, although really this was only downfall, apart from this spot on and I recommend them as well as scoring highly in this review.

I just thought it was a great experience, i got a great car at a great price (touch wood). Could have been cleaner and I did ask that it was done again after test drives from others, i am being a tad picky i know but it a new car and i did ask about that. I am very happy overall and would recommend Dace in Stockport to people i know

Ford focus car provided is faulty, repair take long time from dealer although vehicle within warranty. Dealer's sales man never pickup the call nor callback.. Poor dealership, car is very costly not worth for money. Won't recommend..
