First time dealing with dace motors since having a previous awful experience with a totall different . I was introduced to my sales man Jack. Jack was very polite and welcoming. Made us feel welcome with a nice cup of coffee made for me as well. We had a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in a Mercedes a180 cdi sport. Very straight forward process.. Jack took us on a test drive and told us a nice route to go so we could test the car. He advised us on where everything was and what for . From start to finish Jack was great any concerns or questions he dealt with. I can see a bright future ahead for Jack within the Dace company. Thanks again. I now own a beautiful Mercedes and very happy with the service from start to finish.
