Bought a Mercedes GLE from them. Right from the beginning found a great guy in Dylan Grey.he helped me throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by his excellent communication,never had a problem speaking to him. There was a time when due to personal reasons I was thinking of cancelling the deal.there was no unpleasantness even after that and thankfully I was able to continue.lovely car,had a few extra bits added and Dylan took pains to remove scratches and get the alloys sorted. I drove down from Glasgow to pick the car and it was nicely prepared by them.
Overall my impression of DACE and Dylan was fantastic and I will enjoy this car for years to come. Heartfelt thanks to Dace and Dylan in particular.

I've looked at the car the night before and came in next day to test drive it. Luckily it was still available as they already had 2 other customers waiting to drive it! Dylan was brilliant and there was no hard sell or pressure whatsoever! Bought the car there and then! Very happy customer! Thanks again Dylan!

Visited the Dace centre in Manchester as they offered the car with the lowest mileage for the model I was after, Dylan the sales executive was very helpful with guiding me through the purchase and resolved all issues. Great experience.

Just collected a vehicle from Jaydon Caine, Sales Executive, he gave us a good standard of pre-sale customer service, it's too early to comment on Dace Specialist Car Centre post customer service, so the star rating many not be accurate, time will tell.
