From every interaction point, at every instance the entire team are professional, supremely knowledgeable, understanding and totally dedicated at placing the customer first. In the current circumstances their service delivery went way above what could be expected but in a completely Covid-safe and secure manner. Sean and the whole team are the benchmark of how to do business in the right way. Being new to the area it was so reassuring to find a properly professional company that has a national outlook but delivered at a local level. Outstanding from start to finish and I will not now use anywhere else.

Nothing is any trouble and he takes time to explain everything to you ( no matter how silly you feel the question may be). Absolutely no pressure just good, honest advice! I would not trust there service department. Money went missing from the car. Finally able to take our car to our usual mechanic as it was no longer under warranty at Dale's. Due to lock down our car had hardly done any miles since its last service where we paid for new oil filters. The filters that came out with our mechanic were filthy and there is no way that they had been replaced by the Dales mechanics. They rely on people not knowing anything about cars and charging for items that they don't replace as well as taking money. When purchasing the car the tow hitch was poorly installed and various items that should have been included wasn't. A switch was supposed to be installed for the reversing sensors but it wasn't. The lights were not checked and set up properly although the sheet was ticked to say they had been and it wasn't sorted until the first mot. Wouldn't trust them with anything.

Today I picked up my new Seat from Dales Renault Scorrier. It is the third car I have bought from Dales, Scorrier and I have always appreciated the time they have taken during this process to help me select the right car and make an informed decision.. I also have my cars serviced at this dealership and everyone I have come across has been friendly, courteous and efficient. I personally have always dealt with Tony Harrison and I have found him excellent. He explains things clearly and I have always found him helpful and knowledgeable. The excellent follow up service is much appreciated.

I did not feel that is was a pressured sales approach, Dave was extremely helpful and friendly. The after sales service was also excellent with follow up phone calls from Dave. I would recommend Dales Renault Scorrier and in particular Adam Haigh....he goes out of his way to advise and help without being pushy like a lot of car sales do....very friendly yet professional and puts you at your ease and walks you through everything you want and need to know... I bought a Dacia step way from here and from Adam around two and a half years ago and I’ve been very happy with it and the service I have received since...can’t fault it at all and consequently have returned to Adam when I decided to maybe look at another car due to a circumstances change. I have been into the dealership about 3 times dithering a bit to be honest but Adam was very patient and helpful and today I have ordered my new car a Renault Captur ...I can’t wait to receive it...
