On 07/02/2021 I found a vehicle which they advertised on Autotrader. I went to look at the vehicle and decided to buy it. All of a sudden the Autotrader price wasn't that and the vehicle had a difference price. From the top of my head I believe the vehicle was advertised for £3500 but there they wanted £3800 for it. Should of walked away but still decided to buy the vehicle despite not being allowed to test drive it (Covid rules ) Although we exchanged the same pen and same card terminal. Within 30 miles the engine seized, called Rac Out and they confirmed the head gasket had gone. Fixing the vehicle was a nightmare as the vehicle had previous work done on the engine and most of the bolts where done to tight and couldn't be undone or had broken heads. Now they agreed to refund £400 which doesn't cover even half of the costs as this vehicle has costs me over £1200 and this is with my mobile mechanic which does not charge me full garage price . So back to the £400 which they agreed to refund, they asked for a invoice and I said I can not provide one and if they wished to have an invoice they should of said and I would of taken it to a garage and I would of forwarded them the full invoice of + £2000. So all in you can keep your £400 but I wish others to avoid getting scammed from this place ! They keep going on how this vehicle was a cat S (Which personally I don't care as the vehicle had body damage not mechanical problem) All in all a expensive experience and one which has caused me a lot of stress. I would avoid this place by all means. !!! And to finish it off, Life is to short to be scamming people !!! (
