Deepdale Motor Company sold me a car with endless problems and they printed me an MOT without disclosing all the advisories (my fault for not checking online). Sent back for them to fix which they didn't. Lost patience as realised they were not going to take responsibility for all the issues and downplayed them despite being confirmed by 2 other garages.

Sorry you were disappointed with the experience with your 2004 Mercedes. However when you contacted us after owning the car for 4 months and covering 5000 miles, with a complaint from another garage regarding chassis corrosion, we checked the car out with an independent engineer who confirmed it was only surface corrosion in line with the age of the car and not detrimental to the cars integrity. We spent over £500 rectifying a number of other issues and lent you a member of staffs car for a period whilst we investigated. We are sorry if you were unhappy with your experience. On the 3/4/18 I went to see a Silver Skoda Spaceback (SK14 XAX) at Deepdale Motors. As I was happy with the car so we signed all paper work and also paid £20 road tax. Before I was about the set off to go home, the engine exhaust sytem light came on just after buying the car - this was the moment everything turned upside down. The car was fixed later that day and then delivered the next day to my home in Leeds. After testing the car I then found the error was still pending and also that another error occurred as well : P011200 and P010100. I returned the car 3/4 days later , Barry made it very hard to return the car suggesting nothing was wrong with the car - although the error were then confirmed by a mechanic next door. And now is refusing to give me details to obtain a road tax refund suggesting the fact he put £30 of fuel and delivered the car made us even. This probably so no further owners are added to VC5
