The car had 5 faults when i got it home from Derby Trade Cars and all the garage owner would say was "well we knocked off £500 for cash so you have done okay really". I ended up selling it on for 25% less than I paid after a month. Absolutely dire customer service and value. Very unhappy.

I have purchased a few cars over the years from Derby Trade Cars. My Latest one being a Range Rover Sport, lovely people to deal with and very knowledgeable about all the cars they own. They couldn't do enough to help me, even making sure i could collect it the next day with a full valet. Very highly recommended.
My wife and I purchased a Land Rover discovery from Derby Trade Cars and to be fair everything was very straight forward and very pleasant to deal with. They did everything they said they were going to do and even made me another set of plates free of charge. Definitely recommend
Well to be fair the whole process with the dealer was very straight forward. I knew what car i wanted and at the price i was willing to pay. The deal was done and i took away the car. There wasn't any sales from the dealer, as i already knew what i wanted. However they did do everything well and efficiently

Caused me considerable inconvenience (and wasted fuel). Agreed a purchase price, paid a deposit. Took time off work to arrange the sale of my own car. Gave them a call 3 days later to arrange collection and they told me that the owner of the car no longer wanted to sell, so they refunded my deposit. Make your own mind up if this was true ? They did apologise & were very friendly !
Just been there to have a look at two cars a Audi R8 and a Aston martin v8 vantage, and let me tell you the guy I seen Simon could not have been more helpful if he tried, and super knowledgeable about the cars he has in stock I would buy for them and I'm not a easy man to please.
Great set up, have some seriously interesting stock. I have had a range rover evoque from them and they were fabulous throughout.... 5 stars from me.
Not going waste any more of my time on this company by leaving a long review. Will just say I wish I had listened to the people who advised me against buying from here.
