Was a bad experience from start to finish, reserved a car that never got to see or drive, poor communication, then day before picking it up was told it needs a 2k timechain so it's not available but 5 days before was told to chill when asked for a walk around video, really struggled to get reserve money back but did eventually. Don't recommend at all.

Derbyshire Performance are a friendly family run business with a nice atmosphere. The car has been back in a repairs but they have been really good to us. They are great people and I would have no hesitation going back again in the future.

Absolutely gold standard service from Derbyshire performance putting the customer first. I purchased a 4 year old BMW M135i which was prepared in pristine condition complete with brand new Bridgestone tyres. The service and attention to deal that I received was first class. The dealership also took my previous car as a no quibble part exchange and gave me an extremely fair price which was pivotal in making things 'work'. Everything was just right in every way, from the initial enquiry and video presentation, all the way up to being shown to my new car to find that it was waiting with half a tank of fuel. Even a cup of tea Like everything in life it is just those little things but they go a long way. One very happy customer. Thank you so much.
