I have to say my experience with derbyshire performance is so bad I have no idea how they manage to trade. Sold me a car with many faults after being assured it was ready for collection. Now I have to fit the bill, broken promises and ignoring phone calls I'm now left with no choice but to seek legal advice 🙃

We’ve had similar experience and really socked by the lack of customer service and after sales. Car needs work doing to it and warranty isn’t even valid and never has been! Dealer keep fibbing me off. Very shady people. Selling unsafe cars!

Hi Bella, it’s been a nightmare from the start this car has needed so far more than 5k spent on it and I still haven’t finished spending out. I’m in the process of taking them to court to see if I can claim back my money, the lies and deception is unbelievable from this company, I suggest you do the same and file a claim on the gov website. Good luck 👍

What can I say. Helpful from day 1 and still assisting us today. I purchased my Mercedes A45 AMG from Derbyshire Performance on Saturday.The whole experience went so smooth and was hassle free. They even put new discs on the car for me. Stand up guy, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Do not overlook these guys.I look forward to purchasing my next car from them. 5 stars all the way.

Perfect performance from this garage. From start to finish, they were friendly, approachable and professional guys. Any queries I had were quickly answered. The Jaguar F Pace we bought is amazing. Such a comfy drive. This is our third Jaguar and certainly the best. Our part exchange was easy, with them taking care of everything. Our new car was delivered when they said it would be. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you
