Where do I start. Bought a Range Rover Car arrived on time apparently serviced. Actually had a pre check and oil change 8-9 months ago. Turned up boot wouldn’t open and parking sensors didn’t work. Then my mistake. I agreed they could repair them and that meant they would then refuse to refund my money once the real issues were found. Rear window was loose. Battery needed replacing. Mot failure on car ( despite apparently just passing. As others have said I would seriously question the legality of these mots ) plus a whole ton of other work including rust. They as I said refused to refund and then insistsed on me driving the car 200 miles to them for repair. They then went completely silent on me. Refusing calls and not answering what’s app. Messages. Eventually they came back to me a week and a half later and said as I hadn’t booked it in the garage they use had a 2 month waiting list and they will do what they can. No idea of time frame nothing. I was without a car and frankly they don’t have a clue what customer service is. I then tried the after sale service which is a joke. It’s a third party company and they told me they couldn’t deal with me as the car hadn’t been registered with them and I had to deal with sales. When I said I needed it fixing and a date otherwise I was going to have to go legal they threatened me with no repairs and £76. + vat per day storage. Unreal. Eventually nearly 3 weeks later they agreed to a buy back. At 25% less than I paid. The car is now back on sale. This lot are scammers who will seem great until you realise they sell dodgy cars with lots wrong with them. Avoid at all costs.

From the start of the process of buying the Used Land Rover discovery the way that the staff dealt with me and my wife was excellent and what you would want but not always get elsewhere. Kevin was our main contact so a big thanks to him who finally pushed the deal over the line. Also Jay who popped in to just see if we were happy and everything was good . So it's 👍👍 from us. Came away with a beautiful Q7 Recently from Derbyshire performance . Staff were brilliant.. we dealt with jay top bloke not pushy at all made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.. not rushing to get rid of my new car but would definitely return for another one::

My vehicle has arrived today - condition of the vehicle is good and as expected for the age of the vehicle. It was clean and tidy - well presented. My Wife said that the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I have not ordered a vehicle before viewing in person before, so was a bit apprehensive. However, I can’t fault the Customer Service received by the gents. Timely communication, clear videos of the car and answered all my questions. They ensured that it was fully serviced and MOT’d prior to delivery and kept me in the loop about its progress and delivery.I would recommend this trader every day of the week! Thank you again 👍

Bought a car last summer, had it delivered with 2 flat tyres , broken passenger seat and faulty steering. Warranty company refused to repair, Derbyshire Performance took the car back with the promise of repair, 9 months later they still have it . Taken legal action.

Ive just got a car from them and the problems seem to be stating. Wasnt as described with things wrong with it. They told me no refund as I had agreed to repairs so warranty repair it is. However after dropping it off the communication stopped and when they eventually got back to me they said there was a 2 month waiting on the garage but would do what they can to speed it up.
Not great to say the least so was worried when I saw your review. Have they really had the car for 9 months? That scares me

Great service and very straightforward to deal with. Provided a walkaround video of the vehicle that I requested and collected my part ex car and delivered my new one to my door. If I ever win the lottery I’ll be back for one of more high end luxury performance vehicles that are in stock.

Fantastic service from start to finish, complete transparency throughout with Kevin & Jay. Any issues I pulled up they got them sorted for me. The laid back attitude was the biggest selling point for me as I cannot stand pushy salesmen. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for everything…
