Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I travelled by train to the dealership they picked me up from the station. They made the whole process very quick, easy and stress free and answered all of my questions. Up to now I have had no issues with the car at all and I have had it for 6 months. Absolutely delighted to have received daughter's first car today. All the way throughout the process we have been treated as if buying a brand new car. When purchasing a second hand car, you are always concerned about its history but all questions were honestly answered (and verified with the logbook) and any possible concerns alleviated through what has been a thorough purchase and handover. There was no pressure for a sale at any time and the decision was completely ours to make. I had communicated with Jay prior to our visit having seen the car on auto trader - he was professional from start to end, as well as very reassuring and quick to give responses to questions even when we were away from the dealership.
