I part ex my Audi TT for a Ford Kuga at Desirable Motors on the day of pick up travelling home the engine malfunction appeared, i had only got about 5 miles, took straight back to garage, waited 40 minutes for someone to attend, the kuga was then taken to another garage for analysis, which turned out to be dpf failure, after 4 hours of waiting in the rain with my 2 grandchildren age 5 and 11 month old.... was told to come back next day which is 40 miles away...... cut a very long story short i did not get the kuga for a further week and was told everything was done, I was given 1 months warranty??? one week later the same engine malfunction happened, as told by my mechanic this has never been changed in the first place, which has cost me £400.00, the garage did not want to know... Would i buy another car from them? NO.... Would i recommend them? NO.... once bought they do not want to know.... absolute shambles
