The car I bought had a shunt from front and back .so they changed it for another identical car but charged me another £900 when it needed repair they told me it was on the ramp ready to be done Unfortunately for them I was stood across the road and it was still in their car park .....where I had parked it !!

The Diesel Car Company found me the best deal, and very committed to helping me save. Even went the extra mile to stay late in the office to finalise paperwork. Car was immaculately cleaned and the professional service was top notch. Would definitely recommend to people considering buying a car from this dealership. Also, very helpful in filling out forms online and going through everything. 12 months free breakdown cover and 5 day drive away insurance for peanuts. What’s there not to like about these guys.

Stay well clear of Diesel Motor Company is all I can say. Put the deposit down on the 13/09/2018 car wasn't ready to collect till 28.09.2019 which was a long time. Agreed to get there about mid day for collection. Had to wait just over 5 hours which was a joke. Only had the car one day and the service light came on which indicated there was a fault. One of the sensors needed replacing they were helpful in getting this done. Then just today the gear box has given up the ghost. One of my worst experiences buying a car some may say unlucky and possibly I am but wanted other people to know.

Bought my Mercedes E300 Hybrid after dealing with Rich at the Diesel Car Company. Car developed a squeak in the steering column, their After Sales Manager advised me to take the car to Mercedes garage for it to be diagnosed, as I live 180 miles away. Mercedes fixed the problem and DCC reimbursed me immediately for the cost, brilliant, very caring Company, excellent service, thank you. ps, car is a dream thank you,

I had been looking around for a few weeks online for cars, i will say DCC was one that caught my eye as in reading there reviews, I would definitely recommend DCC Iain was very professional from start to finish, if your looking for a car I would go in a have a look around.

I bought my Range Rover TDV8 from DCC in December 2014 and I wrote a good report at that time. Subsequently I have had a problem with the R/R EGR valve and I had only a couple of weeks left on the warranty. I called in and Marc advised this wasn't a problem and he would get it sorted for me. I could write a long report but the short report is that DCC and Marc were brilliant in there after sales help many months later with this problem and resolved it very quickly with no hassle. I hope to be able to get a further vehicle from them in the near future.
