Visited Diesels Direct Lowestoft not exactly sure in what I wanted, I was greeted by James and he was FANTASTIC!. Very knowledgeable answered all my questions and queries he suggest I take a couple of cars out for a test drive to get a feel for them. I ended up falling for a little Renault Clio, great little car immaculate condition and was sold with a new mot and full service plus all there cars are sold with six months warranty which was a pleasant surprise. I have had my car for a few weeks now and all I can say is What a great little car, new mot as promised, just had a service as promised, the engine bay was spotless clean & tidy inside & out. We purchased a Peugeot 308 Estate from Diesels Direct and it is low mileage and in excellent condition. James was really knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. It was well worth the 12 hour round trip that we made to get it. The only thing missing from the car was the handbook which was kindly forwarded on to us. Highly recommended company.

My partner Sara and I wanted to buy a Renault Clio from this company and as we were so far away we asked for a full and comprehensive description of any faults. We were told a couple of stone chips on the front bumper. We agreed to pay a holding deposit and were not told at that time that this was none refundable. When our courier arrived to inspect the car prior to delivering it to us he found scratches and marks on virtually every panel and some pretty bad stone chips on the bonnet. The front bumper was unmarked!! Either their sales staff do not know the difference between a bumper and a bonnet (very worrying if true) or someone had not been honest with the description. When we said we were not happy with the car the salesman we spoke to said our deposit was none refundable!! Not only was the car not described properly, they were now wanting to steal our deposit money!! Bad enough that we had paid for a courier to collect and deliver the car trusting that the description we were given was accurate. When we checked further into the car, we found that it had actually been in stock around 8 months, No wonder, given the condition of the car!! I wonder how many deposits have been been on this same vehicle and retained?? Luckily my partner had paid on a credit card and we raised a dispute with the company through her bank. Our deposit was returned, my thought are if it had been paid by bank transfer we would not have seen that money again. My advice is to stay away from this company. If this is what they are like before you buy a car from them, I can only imagine what they would be like in terms of after sales service. You have been warned!!

From my recent experience, I have never come across such an unpleasant, dishonest, unprofessional and downright petty company. Beware any dealings with these people. After I paid a holding deposit over the telephone for a used car, they became mysteriously unavailable, failing to answer their phones and not confirming a provisionally agreed viewing/collection time. (Try calling them and see how much success you have getting through to them!). They also refused to deliver the car. They have stolen my deposit and they don’t respond to any emails. This is despite the law clearly stating they must return the deposit. The director, Paul Kefford, even put the phone down on me like a petty child when I called to politely ask for it back! Their Facebook messenger representatives are also flaky. They claim to be only “third party” representatives and won’t discuss important matters. They are now the subject of pending court action to retrieve the deposit.

I recently bought my Ford Mondeo from Diesels Direct ... they delivered it to my home address and the condition was excellent. There were a couple of small issues and James/Carl dealt with them promptly and happily. Many dealers nowadays just want to take your money and should there be any issues they don’t want to know. Diesels Direct know to look after their customers and really do care. As I drive for my job and do 50k a year I shall be returning to this company for my next car. When you find a good company that values their customers it’s best to stick with them. Thanks guys and see you again in the future. I thoroughly recommend this company without any reservations! 5 star service!!!

Me and my husband went to Visit Diesels Direct at the beginning of the year, my husband was looking for a Mondeo and they had several. On arrival we was greeted by James who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly he showed us a great selection of there vehicles of which all where beautifully presented. My husband ended up with the Mondeo he was looking for and I fell in love with a Fiesta which was “like new” condition and had been used by the local RAF. Consequently I ended up with a new car too! I brought a ex ministry of defence Kia from Diesels Direct in April, car was spotless, they had a great selection of cars mostly estate cars which is what I was looking for. I suggested my neighbour to go there for his next car which he did last month and was equality as pleased. Great work guys keep it up! Thanks
