I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from this Dealership in April. The service was okay, room for improvement. The car was pretty clean and in an okay condition... good for the money. The tracking was out slightly but this was resolved after a while, could have sorted it faster. Overall I would recommend.

I brought my Mazda 6 from these guys 6 months ago and my what a car! Such a great buying experience, very very helpful, they gave me a good price on my old car and the new car came fully serviced and was in near on immaculate condition, since then both my sisters have brought from Diesels Direct and both have had the same experience. I know where I'll be goin when I'm due a change.
We bought a vauxhall astra 1.3 estate in may 2015 for £1600. My wife drove the car from Halesworth to Saxmundham and when she arrived I took the car for a 2 mile down to benhall and back to Saxmundham. When I put my foot down I noticed a jump in revs from 2000-3000 rmp, I spoke to a friend the next day and he explained that it could be a problem with the clutch. Being a birthday weekend we didn't drive the car again until the Monday morning when we drove up to Ipswich and the clutch was indeed slipping badly. We called diesels direct and to my utter dismay was told that if I returned the car to them they would sort the clutch at a cost of £200! I was furious, the car was faulty from the point of sale and they wanted to charge me! After speaking to so called manager I stated that under the sales of goods act l would be returning the car. They agreed to refund us and my wife arranged to take the car over the next day, however when she arrived the only person there was the valeter who could not help or give us the refund. In a nutshell we found Diesels Direct in Halesworth to be very unreasonable and shocking customer service. We have wrote to them over 2 weeks ago and have had no response. The car was sold with 6 months warranty, which was worthless, it should have had 12 months MOT but only had 3 upon inspection of certificate plus a list if advisories. Other losses were the £60 tank diesel we put in plus the £45 administration charges from my insurance company when we did find a decent motor in its place.

I have bought a car from them years ago and came back because they had the car we wanted. Helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. I would go back when looking again should they have something we like. I think anywhere you go back to speaks volumes about the service and car they have given us. We havent had any problems with the Ford Focus we bought
