Purchased a 2014 vauxhall vivaro from Paul at Direct Commercials in Derby. I received such a great helpful and friendly service and highly recommend Direct Commercials.
Back in June I purchased a Mercedes Vito from Direct Commercials. The staff were quite helpful and the vehicle was very clean and matched its description on Auto trader. There have been a couple of issues but it was all covered by the warranty and was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Over all I am satisfied with the level of service and after care that I received and I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a minibus and the service I received from Paul was attentive and friendly. His service was tailored to me being a single female, that was never an issue. My van was ready on time and was perfect Thank you I will definitely recommend this company!!
I bought a Vivaro from this dealer, when I arrived the vehicle was very clean and as described. Both Brian and Paul were very friendly and helpful. After having the vehicle for a couple of weeks the gearbox starting whining, I contacted Paul and without hesitation he explained that this was a common fault on the this vehicle and that the gearbox was failing. He straight away offered to replace the gearbox, stating his warranty goes above and beyond. This was great news. I will not hesitate to use Direct Commercials again and highly recommend them to anyone.
I had looked at used vans for over three weeks near and far then found Direct Commercials from then on it was all up hill these guys really are everything they say they are they have a very good selection of vans that are well presented and a no pressure on sales policy and if you think their warranty is too good to be true so did l but believe me they can't do enough to help when you need it they are a credit to a trade that most of us have experienced horror stories congratulations to Paul Brian and Mark a very professional team. I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Direct Commercials on recommendation from another company who have used them several times for their vehicles. The van I bought was clean and very tidy and I requested 5 things to be done before picking the van up, these were all done without question within 2 days I was even offered the use of a loan vehicle until mine was ready!. After around 500 miles the Van developed a fault, one of the Injectors was causing a misfire, I telephoned Direct Commercials and the problem was sorted very promptly and again without question. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
