I recommend Docklands motor company to anyone looking to buy a car. The staff were extremely friendly and I didn't feel under any pressure to buy unlike most places. I am so happy with my purchase. My car is everything Docklands motor company promised it would be. Thank you!
My experience with this dealership was awful. I have rejected the vehicle due to it having numerous faults and I even had to pay to get it down there as they refused to collect it. They were very rude and quite aggressive at times. The car also had lots of scratches and dents in it. I would NOT recommend this dealership.

I can only apologise for your experience at Docklands Motor Company. We try our best to give customers the best possible car buying experience. If the car had scratches and dents like you've mentioned then why did you still proceed to purchase the vehicle? We do a full PDI check on all our vehicles to make sure they are of satisfactory quality. Unfortunately a minor fault developed with the vehicle after you collected it, we straight away offered you a repair or a refund for the vehicle. We did not receive a reply from you until 5 weeks later when you decided to have the car delivered to us without our knowledge. We refunded you straight away, the car was repaired and has now been sold to another happy customer. We again apologise for your experience here at Docklands but we believe some parts of your review has been fabricated.
