The customer service guys were really good. They were really friendly and not pushy at all, very informative. I'm enjoying the car so far.

The sales people were very good - they were very knowledgeable when it came to EV's and were happy to answer any questions we had. The only thing I was disappointed with was we made an appointment to view the car but when we got there it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready to look at. I was happy with my experience though.

I really like the car - we did have a problem with the wishbones so we got it fixed at a local garage - Drive Green were very apologetic and said they would refund the costs. I test drove it the week before on my own - they don't pressure you to buy and I was given the freedom to make my own mind up. We bought a Renault a year prior from them - we decided to go back and trade it in because we needed something bigger and they gave us a good price for our part ex. I found them very pleasant to speak to, and when we picked the car up it was clean and tidy. It was a good experience. 5 stars.

They are very local to us so we decided to pop in because we fancied an EV and we weren't disappointed. The staff explained the features of the EV in detail which helped me to make a decision. I'll give them 4 stars though because the aftersales could be slightly better - I tried to contact them and my calls weren't returned.

I've done a fair few miles in the car so far, I'm very happy with it. The sales staff were good and were quick to explain the features of the EV in detail, I had a couple of test drives to really get a feel for the car which I was pleased with. We have to replace my wife's car at some point and we'd definitely consider going back to Drive Green is we were looking for another EV.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped in my decision to purchase an excellent value for money EV. I wish Drive Green every success and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I didn't have too much involvement in the sales process, as my wife dealt with it all, but for the time I was at the dealership everything seemed to have gone alright. She is also the main driver of the car but the car seems to be okay, and she's happy with it.

What stood out most about Drive Green was their impressive efficiency! Reece (our salesman) was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew the product inside out. We’re very happy with our Seat Mii and love that we can charge it using our solar panels, keeping things energy efficient at home too!
