Amazing customer service went above and beyond and made sure the car was at its best before handing it over very fast and straight to the point would highly recommend and definitely would buy again from here in the future thanks again

It's early days yet as just drove it home today - looks immaculate inside and out. Drives nicely and all seems in good order so far. Full 12 months MOT, pre-collection service; bought from here following family recommendation - well pleased!

bought a car from here had the following issues 1. starter motor turned slow had to get fixed,in car heating didn't work properly,GPS on sat nav not working,steering rack needs replacing as car had potentially dangerous condition if not repaired car had MOT done by them when got the car home on the next day driving in the dark had 3 front headlight bulbs blown how did it pass the MOT also the car was supposed to be valeted it was filthy in the back from the previous owner also air con packed up 3 weeks later.

At first impressed by the apparant honesty and nice ness of the ppl i dealt with, oops car shook lots 70mph guy at dunston basset said he drove it at 70mph and it did not ? I took the car at my expense to check the balancing etc, front left tyre psi 33 front right 61psi tracking way out, and balancing comical, resolved the bluetooth connection, just paid £300 to change rear pads n discs wich were at leval of uselessness and replaced both rear tyres wich were in a bad way,wiring coming apart, other faults found wich are also dangerous, to be put right at my expense, so this is in reply to the good review you asked me to write, i actualy think or should i say thought ? You were decent people,, maybe you are if so the people you use for your mot's are useless and you are unaware, or you are dishonest and dont care, i hope it is the former and you put this right, dave.

Bought a car from them middle of December. Took it back 5 days later with a fault. One of the owners opened the bonnet and placed his hand on pipe connected to the turbo charger. He informed me that I could get one off E. Bay. As it turns out it wasn't a rubber pipe but the turbo charger needs to be replaced. Don't buy off them

What can one say 4 days looking for a small low mileage runabout for my wife and to say i have passed this car sales venue hundreds of times and decided to call in on our way back home. Great move spoiled for choice no pressure information when asked for allowed to test drive and my wife is very happy with her very low mileage with full service history car. Thanks and after 18 years in cars sales you must be doing something right.

I bought my daughter a vw car a few months ago ,,, the sales guy was lovey at the time of handing money over , (although he wanted us to pay by bank transfer, which we refused ) she has had nothing but problems with it since ,, it keeps going into limp mode across busy carriageways , whilst she has her 3 young. Children in the car , then it won’t start up at all ,,, they have had it in a garage at Lutterworth for 2 weeks but failed to put the problem right even though the diagnostics told them what the problem was ,,, the fault codes where totally ignored by them ,,,, they are extremely rude , and put the phone down on you , they talk to you like you are a fool because your a women , I would avoid Dunton Bassett Cars like the plague
