Thank god i didnt purchase a car from Dunway Cars, wish i read reviews before i travelled to airdrie to view 1 of there cars..took car for test drive guy seemed nice enough at the start came back my uncle asked was the price negotiable (as you would ask when seeing any car unless stated fixed price) he replied in aggressive attitude no its not wit u going to offer me 2 and a half shouldnt have bothered coming then wasting my time! We just walked away wouldnt have lowered ourselfs to get into an arguement with a man like him for all he new we could have offered 100pound less than asking price to which thats what we where going to offer but no he jumped to his own conclusion with a total attitude! All i can say is he done me a favour by the sounds of the reviews thank god didnt throw my money away.

Horrible, abusive bullies, 2 men working here one called Liam and an owner, avoid! Wouldn't refund a deposit which they said would be refunded regardless of if we wanted the car after a test drive. When we didn't they wouldn't give it back, horrible, disgusting, void! Unfortunately can't give Dunway Cars no stars, please do yourself a favour and don't go near this place.

Bought a car from Dunway Cars and had problem after problem with it, spent over 600 in repairs in 5 months plus they had it themselves for around 3 weeks, absolute terrible attitude from Andy when calling to check for updates.

I question the reviews on autotrader. Be prepared to question EVERYTHING they say they have done, ie MOT, fixing faults, contacting spare/dealerships for parts, what has been done to your car since they had it (my car was back and forth 5 times with NOTHING done apart from a 225 mile journey over the weekend with no explanation or replacement diesel!). Be prepared for your call yo escalate with no reason on their side so they can shout at you down the phone. An absolute horrendous experience that has now involved trading standards as nothing had been fixed after 3 weeks (me having the car 5 days) and I couldnt deal with Dunway Cars anymore as I ended up being bullied at the end and as a woman, very intimidating.

Bought a car from Dunway Cars, turned out to a private hire taxi from rutherglen checked the council and confirmed. The service book was dodgy didnt add up. Dont buy from this garage very dishonest

Bought a car couple months ago from Dunway Cars, all felt fine but soon had a banging coming from front end, took to local mechanic who said it needed 2 lower suspension arms timing tentioner front pads and discs oil leak from gearbox and sump 2 tires (1 with a screw in it and 1 with a chunk on side wall) now ive just received a letter saying the 3 month warrenty i gave him money to pay for has been cancelled a month early.. just wish i read these reviews before buying.. but now i can assure you everyone i know will be told about your garage and hopefully they pass it on aswell.

This dealership sold me a car with some major problems with it. I took it back for them to fix and they gave me it back with problems that I’m risking 3 point on my license with. thought they were a good dealership until they speak to you the way they did and don’t even want to fix the car the sold you properly. Definitely wouldn’t advise buying a car from them but if so I would check absolutely everything.

Car purchased in November with clean mot . Something went bang last week rear sway bar on 4x4 . Turns out chassis is rotten and was advisory on previous 2 mot tests . I have photos available and car is now going to specialist for a report with having a young family money is important not to mention how severly corroded the underside of the car is I lost all control of the steering and after a brief inspection the other sway bar was found to be broken too .Am at a loss to where to go from here and been advised to have trading standards remove the car or hand over my independent report so now no car no money there's a proper truthful review

I arranged an appointment to see a car and was running late. I had read a few reviews but didnt let them bother me until i got a voicemail and a rude email from Andy. Honestly people listen to the reviews i have dodged a bullet and glad i didnt buy from here as the customer service and attitude is rotten.
