Bought a car in August from Eastern Garage....still haven't received warranty documents.....my window has been broken since last month and they still haven't fixed it....I have called and been fobbed off.....wouldn't recommend.

Hi,Sorry to hear you was disappointed. I have only just seen this review and had to double check as we don't fob people off and knew this job was done so didn't fob you off. I know you had AA warranty but being a electric window we wasn't sure if they would cover it so we did a electric window free of charge.We did have a independent electrician come out and secure the window for you and sorry you couldn't of used the Rear window. We did try and get another motor and then we had to wait for the main dealer to get one from Germany and then re-book in with the independent electrician who had to get me in his diary and got it done soon as he could. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I bought a BMW from here in February and I am really pleased with it! It was lovely and clean and in very good condition but I have had some issues with it. The dealership have been great and are doing everything they can to get it sorted. I would recommend.

I have had my BMW from Eastern Garage for a couple of months now and I have had no issues with it at all. It was immaculate when I received it and so far I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a BMW from Eastern Garage back in September last year. I wasn't very happy with the service. I had a fair few issues and there seemed to be a lot of hidden damage. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The need to work on customer service.
