Fantastic service from start to finish Peter was excellent through the full process car delivered to my doorstep will be back for my next car and when my son passes his test

I recently purchased my second vehicle from the garage, and yet again the service I received was great. from viewing the vehicle to driving the vehicle away the service I received was great and I could not recommend them enough. I would recommend them as they couldn’t of done more to help

Bought a car online, took delivery and the car is a piece if shit, They promised me a partial refund, after a month of waiting and with every excuse in the book including he had covid, They are now avoiding my calls and email, I have now sent them a county court claim... DONT DEAL WITH THESE COWBOYS THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

car was advertised as MOT'd till May 2022 and 77k miles. Took it for a test drive so should have checked the milage but didn't. Decided to buy it so left a deposit of £200 and arranged to collect it 2 days later as it was to be serviced. When I went for it I was told that both front springs were cracked and it would not be ready until the next day. I thought that this was odd for a car that had just got through it's MOT the month before so I checked it out on line only to discover that the MOT was only until August 2021. There was no way that I wanted a car with such a small MOT so I told them that I did wanted my money back. I was told that Pete had to authorise a refund. A week passed so I phoned again and spoke to Pete who said that I would have to speak to Kevin. I was told to come down and that Kevin would give me cheque. I told Pete just to put it in the post as he had my address. Pete also said that the car had just been put through it's MOT so he did not see why I did not want it. I told him that I did not want it as I would never have looked at a car with such a short time left on it's MOT. ( I have since checked the DVLA website and although the car passed it's MOT it did with a batch of adviseries the length of my arm.). Needless to say that I am still waiting on the return of my deposit. I agree with the other poor reviews. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. If I could give a no star review I would

Car delivered without prepping the interior, it's covered everywhere in pet hairs. No V5 green slip provided, chased Peter but messages ignored. Got letter from DVLA refusing to issue new V5 because Peter had sent a change of ownership form off without providing the old V5 and without paying the necessary fee. Clearly Easy Buy were never in possession of a V5 for the car, had I known this I wouldn't have bought it. Would I recommend or use again? NO!!!

Just bought a C1 for my daughter, very tidy nice car at a great price, full MOT & service plus a 3 month warranty......sound .

Bought a van it was faulty & wouldn't start within approx 30 hours after it was delivered. Kevin refused to believe this, till I Sent him a video of it a really not wanting to start. Apologies...boss in TURKEY, get it fixed & we will refund you. Day 3, vehicle refuses to budge from 2nd to 3rd gear, while im trying to get it from my house to garage for repairs. Phone Kevin...again. Oh, Boss still in TURKEY & will be back on 7th August,but, please...get it repaired & we will refund you. Mechanic fixes injector No.2, as it was leaking out diesel & making it very difficult to start. Bearing in mind they had Sent it via a courier who drove it like this from Middlesbrough to Hull. (Thank God it's diesel)😱 The one & only gearbox engineering specialist is busy for the next few weeks, so this vehicle is just parked up at home (leaving a puddle of oil leaking from somewhere in the engine) We decide, we have spent nearly £3000 on this vehicle, it has to go back. Dear Kevin...yes...I know your boss is in Turkey, but, we really need a vehicle that we can use, not an ornament that looks like a vehicle in our driveway. Yes, says Kevin, absolutely, drive it back. NO Kevin, we cant, it gets stuck in 2nd gear while driving, it's not roadworthy. Well, he says, you will have to organised get it here & we will give you a full refund via Bank Transfer...but...you pay for the courier😳 We sent it back on a transporter Friday 14/8/20 via Courier, costing us £180, with all its documents included. We phoned Kevin on Saturday, who confirms he has the vehicle...& You guessed it...his boss, who was due back on the 7th is still in TURKEY, so, sorry...NO payment. Yet,the vehicle we have returned is already being advertised for sale...still under our name, & still unroadworthy. Eventually, after several more promises of being paid tomorrow...which never comes, we had to threaten them with Trading standards, & finally...got paid...less the £180 for the courier, which I won't let them get away with. Please....Stay Well Away. Circuses are more organised than this lot, & the only thing they have become Professional at is lying.
