Picked up an Audi A8, found Ben and Nick really easy to deal with, was friendly and there was no stress involved with them being upfront and agreeing to my requests for full MOT, service and the car was well presented on pickup having just been valeted. Live a long way away but it was worth the trip - would certainly recommend Ebony & Ivory Motors.

I purchased a VW Passat form here a few months back and so far so good, absolutely no issues and the car was really good value for money and was nice and clean when I collected it. The sales team were big help and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a Mitsubishi FTO from these guys. There were several scuffs and marks that i asked them to sort out before I came to pick it up. They said that wouldnt be a problem. Unfortunately I didnt check they had on collection. I lived about 400 miles from them so couldnt return easily. They wiped there hands of it. The brake calipers needed replacing within a month with the mechanic saying that had rotted and could have caused a major accident. Within a year the engine need replacing at a cost of £1000. There was constantly things up with it costing me more than the car itself. It should NEVER Have been sold in its condition and on hindsight I should have reported them straight away. HORRENDOUS!!!
