Not being a local I was very apprehensive about using a dealership that I didn’t know.From the moment I stepped through the front door I was greeted and put at ease by Sherrick, I explained to him what car I was looking for and he took me straight to the area where it was parked, he went over the vehicle with me then gave me time to think about it, no pressure no hard sell . I would highly recommend this dealership to people reading my review. Great quality cars, value for money and exceptional customer service .The best 100 mile trip I have ever made !

Made an appointment to look at a car which after driving I didn't like, no-ones fault but found another I really liked which I later bought. Gernell looked after us well and was really flexible with the collection when my work situation meant I needed to change my original appointment.

Bought a used car dave Burnett was the sales man really helpful and worked hard to put a deal together. There was a couple of jobs needing doing on the car before collection which didn't get done and shortly after buying car a fault developed spoke to dave and the car had to be returned twice .I delt with the service manager who was excellent and sorted all the issues with the car to a high standard. I can only give 4 stars because I had to return the car which cost me time off work and money on travel etc but would definitely use EDDIE WRIGHT again

When I first contacted you by phone i was greeted by the pleasant attitude of your staff and it only got better when I arrived at your premises having driven 3 hours to be greeted by Jim who was excellent and looked after us very well . Luke was a brilliant salesman. He wasn’t pushy and was accommodating. When picking my car up we filled out the paperwork but had to wait a considerable time for the car 1.5 hrs. Luke actually went and helped finish the valet. Definitely recommend asking for Luke when looking for a car .

When i visited Eddie Wrights i just walked in & proceeded to walk round & look at the cars on show, no hassle no pushy salesman.... i couldn't find the car i wanted & Jim appeared, asked if he could help, with his help we found it, sorted... after talking to him i felt like i'd known him for years, easygoing & friendly... job sorted deal done & very happy... I would definately recommend Eddie Wright to my friends.... Top People..

This is the third car we have bought from Eddie Wrights and i honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. Garry was super helpful from start to finish. There was no pressure selling and the whole process from part exchange to getting my car was super easy and no stress. I would highly recommend them.
