I recently purchased a vehicle for Eddie Wright and the service was second to none, they took their time to go through everything, nothing was rushed, anything I wasn't sure of was explained thoroughly the vehicle was prepared to the highest standard, everything I requested to be done on the vehicle was completed to the highest standard.

I was looking for a Mini Cooper S and came across a lovely looking one on autotrader. I called up Eddie Wright Supermarket and spoke to Gary who was fantastic throughout - very friendly and not pushy in the slightest. Further down the line we spoke to Shaun who was also excellent throughout. We will definitely go back to Eddie Wright Car Supermarket in the future!

I traded a car in back in July for an Audi a6 quattro. Had nothing but problems with the car. It was in a garage for around 10 weeks with an issue. I was told from Eddie wrights that they would pay for diagnostics. Guess what..... they didnt pay, so I had to pay £432 as they went back on their word. This issue finally got sorted. Sorting this also created a new one. Car was then in the garage for another 2weeks. Car should have been sorted under warranty, as it was purchased with 12 months warranty. But no, the sales person only out it through for 3 months and I had to fork out another £272.50. I have also had to replace a fuel pipe at the price of £150, then had to replace 90% of the cars front suspension. Please mind I have only done around 2300 miles in this car since I got it. Not bad for a quality used car from Eddie wrights! So I have emailed them again to see what is happening but still no answer from anyone. They dont care. They take your money and that's it. I should have known better as when I went to pick up the car I travelled 5 hrs to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So professional. So here I sit putting up this review, still waiting on some kind of contact still waiting on money being paid to me for work that should have been done under warranty. Also still waiting on the diagnostic payment. But no I am sitting here over £1700 out of pocket on a car that was meant to be covered by a 12 month warranty and meant to be another quality used car from Eddie wrights. Stay clear.
