wonderful service from peter (wishing him a happy retirement),would go back again in the future. only gripe when checking the service sheet at home found that they had put the wrong grade engine oil in 5/40 instead of the manufacturer recommended 5/30 fully synthetic low saps would just have given a bit more peace of mind.every thing else spot on.

The car I brought was well prept and serviced. The only down side was my initial enqirerey I was told by one of the sales team that car could tow 2000kg, but on getting home with the car I read the user manual only to find that the Honda CR-V automatic is only allowed to tow upto 1500kg. My caravan is 1650kg so I have had to spend out £2000.00 to buy a light caravan. I do hope Eddie Wright will remember me should I buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I just went to have a look and ended up driving two sporty models with the very helpful, non pushy, Rob who listened to what I did and did not want in a vehicle. After some negotiation and the easy trade in of the car I owned I have ended up with a car I probably wouldn't have even looked at, one week later I still smile every time I get into it. Thank you Robert and all the friendly staff for making a difficult decision just that bit easier.

Only went for a look round and ended up buying a Mokka. We were greeted on arrival but in a non invasive way. We were given a card and pen to write down the numbers of any cars we were interested in and then left to browse at our leisure. We then approached one of the sales team who was great by answering all our never ending questions, took us for a test drive and made the whole buying purchase very easy. Thank you

Was promised by Eddie Wrights work to be done before picking up car only half done.got 12 months warranty that should have started next year when the 3 year manufacturer warranty Finnish but was started from day I bought it was given only 1 key no service history have now been waiting for someone who knows what they are taking about to ring me

The team at Eddie Wight handle my initial call superbly well (Thanks Gary), was followed up by excellent customer service (Thanks Gary & Adam) and the hand over was professional and diligent (Thanks Liam). I have bought 5 cars over the last few years, and some from main dealers, but I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending The EW team. Don't take my word for it, the previous owner of the vehicle I bought had originally bought the car from EW's team!

I have just bought my second car from Eddie Wrights. Mark, my salesman, was very helpful and we got a deal I was happy with, even though I ended up buying a different car from the one I went into test drive. There was a problem with the finance, not Eddie Wright's fault, and we had to hang around for a couple of hours longer than we should have but Eddie Wright have offered to service & MOT the car FOC next year due to the inconvenience, thank you. Will certainly use them again.
