Touch wood everything with the car has been perfect in the 2 months that I've had it, Eddie Wright were were excellent, infact the service was so good I was actually surprised, definitely not your typical used car dealership.

I Bought a car from Eddie Wright in Scunthorpe back in april and we had no problems, they were helpful as always. Had a little issue with the car that nobody was to know about but it was sorted out with no hassle. The customer service was excellent which I appreciate being in customer service myself

Eddie Wright in Scunthorpe is great and the car was even better than i expected having found it and bought it early 2015. The MOT had been done, it had been serviced and valeted and on collection it looked fantastic and still does now. Everything went fantastic on the sales side of things the sales guy I dealt with was fantastic and would give him top marks and would recommend them but on the management side I definitely wouldn't recommend them they were awfully rude, I did get my issues sorted in the end by contacting the owner

I used this car dealer last year when purchasing my car. What I can tell you about them is that they couldn't have helped me anymore during the buying process. Travelled 150 miles to purchase this car. Sales staff were lovely, as you'd expect! However, the after-sales staff leave something to be desired. I was very happy until not 24 hrs later the car's clutch slave cylinder went. Had difficulty to get Eddie Wrights to sort this out. Two weeks later the exhaust fell off, again very difficult to get sorted out. Days holidays wasted whilst my car was off the road. Didn't received an apology. To be honest I wouldn't use them again
