The owner seems like a lovely guy, very friendly and helpful. The garage is very nice and in a lovely location. I was over the moon when I picked up my car earlier this year... But, the problems started a month or so later. I had a blowout on the motorway, only to find afterwards that both rear wheels (19 inch AMG alloys) had been welded in 5 places each and were still cracked and the two front wheels were very slightly buckled. I informed the garage that my life had been put in danger by the car and that the car had been in a fairly substantial accident (which I have had checked by Mercedes main dealers)> The garage refused any kind of compensation or any help whatsoever. To date, I have had to spend over 3,000 pounds on jigging, wheels and tyres to fix the problem. The garage did not care

Elite Carriage Company were highly professional and are some of the friendliest people I've met. They've got a good range of cars, I'm loving my BMW, it drinks petrol but it looks and drives fantastic. I'd easily go back there for my next car.
