Well I can honestly say of all the cars I have bought from different garages this one has to be the best, the way they treat you and if you have any problems they will sort it, needless to say I would highly recommend using this garage. From the minute I walked it they make you feel welcome at at ease.

I have just bought my first car from this garage. I was pounced on in the big showrooms and offered PCP which I didnt want and really couldnt afford. From the moment I entered Eric Carters their salesman left me alone and when I wanted help I got really good advice. I would recommend this garage and have told my friends already. Thank you :)
Bought car in June which I was happy with price Just such a shame the after sales isn’t very good I rang 4 time for some information and was promised a call back but never received one will now have to contact DVLa for information

Good evening, I am so sorry for this. Having been closed for ten weeks with the Covid 19 lockdown, we had reopened on June 1st with only three members of staff. As I'm writing this reply on July 2nd, we are still working on a skeleton staff as some of our staff are over the age of 60 and are shielding until 6th July. If you can call the garage in the morning, I will make sure what you are wanting is sorted out as a priority. Even DVLA who say registration documents that usually take under 5 days to arrive back to customers are taking weeks. We are in very difficult times at the moment but I take our aftersales policy more important than selling cars. I will do my very best to sort whatever you are wanting out straight away. David Carter

find that very hard to believe. I've had cars from this garage and the customer service and knowledge of the sales team was outstanding. Couldn't of been any more helpful. Answered all my questions without any pressure to buy the car and always rung me straight back when asked to do so.

Replying to the above email Yes the garage did reply only after seeing the review then wanted to help but unfortunately was told a pack of lies and have now sorted the problem out myself Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this garage

The staff were extremely helpful throughout my purchase and not once did I feel pressured as I have when buying from other garages over the years.
