Travelled 150 miles to ESP Cars to purchase car so deal was already done. Car came with a 3 month warranty and a pre sale 140 point pre delivery check.. neither of these details were included in the after sales folder I received. Other gripes I had were : No offer of test drive Only 8 miles left in tank ( handbook says never leave less than 30miles in tank) Only 1 washer jet working and 1 wiper needed replacing Tyres under deflated by up to 25% Was advised a fully detailed car valet was done on car but this proofed not to be the case. Bodywork and wheels had not been treated. Car computer states vehicle check required 5 months after purchase. In summary , the car wasn’t given a 140 pre delivery check and wouldn’t appear even a road test was done with only 8 miles showing left in tank. The month warranty was worthless as no details of it was given to me. Garages like this leave a horrible sour taste in your mouth and takes away all the pleasure of buying a car.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I got my Audi A3 back in September from ESP Cars. This dealership were brilliant and when they brought the car out to me I was more than happy! It looked amazing. I have had no issues with the car and I think I have got it for a really good price. My only criticism is that the dealers can come on a bit strong when it comes to selling insurance etc. Other than that they were fantastic.

No issue sat all, Esp Cars have been really helpful, I bought an Audi back in June and I have had no bother with it at all up to now. The car was received in very good condition, maybe could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise brilliant. I would highly recommend Esp Cars to anyone.
