A far as I know, the Ford Focus is running well. It was bought a good few month ago but all is well. Highly reliable and a honest dealership!

So far so good with my Jaguar F Pace. Its a very nice car and it was insanely clean, tidy and just spotless. It was looking so good! The team was very helpful and made everything very clear for me. 5 stars for definite!

I haven't got the BMW 2 Series anymore as I sold it soon after just because the car wasn't for me but I came here just to say how incredible the service I received was. James was outstanding and so nice to me. He answered all my questions, so patient and so lovely. I would 1000% use again and recommend tot my friends and family! 5 star service!

Loving my new car so far, I have had a couple minor issues, looking on Ford forums, it appears to be issues with the particular line of Puma and not necessarily a problem with the dealership. All the team have been very helpful, I highlighted some things which needed to be address prior to me committing to a purchase and they sorted these without an issues. The car runs very well and is perfect for the journeys I do. My only criticism would be the things I highlighted prior to sale were things a less car savvy person might miss so maybe doing additional checks prior to sales would make this a clear 10/10.

I toyed with the idea of switching things up and getting something different to my trusty old Passat however, I thought what the hell, I love my car so i'm certainly going to love a newer one even more! I am very happy with the car, it's quick, reliable as my old one, I have done about 4000 miles in the last 6 months and not had any issues, it's also incredibly fuel efficient, I'm sat comfortably at 70 MPH on the motorway and getting a solid 62 MPG in return. I can't remember who it was I dealt with in the dealership but they were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly to chat to. My only drop in mark was I was supposed to have a water and oil change but I never heard anything back. Overall, the service has been very good!

Everything is going well with my BMW X1 I purchased from Essex Car Company, Dave and the team have been exceptional, the customer service is second to none and they have been very accommodating before, during and after the sale. I bought the car as I needed a family friendly SUV and wanted to stay with something a little bit more sporty. Having three kids it is a little bit of a squeeze however, I am very happy over all. I do hope to continue business with this company again in future and recommend Dave and Essex Car Company!
