I feel awful for not remembering the mans name who helped me at Essex Car Company, but he was a credit to their sales team. I found my new car on Autotrader and drove to see it in person and have a test drive, this is the first Merc I have ever bought, so being a Mercedes GLA I needed to try before I was ready to buy. This was for my work commute so reliability and comfort were paramount, I even referred my brother to go and buy a car from the garage as I couldn't find fault with a single thing they did! Top marks chaps
