Really happy with my Ford from Essex Car Company. The only slight issue I had was after driving away I had a tyre pressure light come on in the car, and after putting air in the tyre and still having the issue, I took it to a tyre place, where I found that I had a puncture and had to replace a tyre. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues. Top notch service from the dealership. My dad actually got a car from here about 4/5 years ago, which he still has, which is why I was happy to come back.

Dave the salesman that looked after me was brilliant, there was no pressure and he was just really helpful. The manager is a bit tight as there wasn't any budging on price and offered me silly money for my part exchange, so in the end I sold it privately. The car has been really good. Although I did have an issue with the window sticking, they did initially sort it but I've noticed it's sticking again, so Ill keep an eye on it. I'm also just waiting to receive the parcel shelf I was promised.

Everything has been all good with my 3 Series. I've had no issues with the car or dealership at this point.

I really liked my Ford Kuga but as luck would have it, I parked my car outside of my house and a van crashed into the car, which wrote it off.... I only managed to drive it twice before it happened. As for the service I received from Essex Car Company, it couldn't have gone better the team was great.

Overall I'm happy with my Peugeot 5008. The car has been okay, there was a small issue with the car that I raised after getting the car home. Hopefully this can get sorted. So far the customer service has all been okay, up to now.

Great selection of vehicles, Charlie the salesperson was great, not pushy and nothing was too much trouble, also the warranty was good value too

The man we bought from at Essex Car Company was really good from start to finish. First time buying from them, but we would look to go back again. The car is used for getting to and from work, and so far it's good with no issues.
