Spotted the vehicle I wanted online and went down to view it. I appreciate that the sale was straightforward and to the point, as I knew what I wanted. Charlie was fantastic throughout, they were genuine, upfront with information and provided any answers I needed. There was a sensor issue post collection but this was fixed quickly by the dealership. Honestly, it might be the nicest car I've ever had.

I was recommended to Essex Car Company from three work friends , and because my credit wasn’t at its best I was a bit skeptical. I was trying to find the perfect car that my finances could afford and with the help of Vicky in the finance department who was amazing nothing was too much trouble and i was phoning her all the time , but bless her she found my car then I came to the car showroom and was greeted by the car sales team and they never made me feel pressured the whole time . They showed me the car that I wanted and then walked me through the finance . They made the whole process smooth and now I have my car , I will definitely going back and recommending them .
