A few weeks back I brought a new car from the dealer Charlie. My mum had concerns about its service history, Essex car company contacted me and said that it was a due a service. Had it serviced today so fingers cross now everything will be alright with it moving forward, had only one problem with it which was the footwell in the passengers side being extremely wet, hopefully now they’ve sorted that as they said the pipe was blocked. All in all a very good company.

It's been a smooth run with Essex Car Company, I bought my car back in October 2023 and since I took ownership there hasn't been any cause for worry. The car has been exactly as it should.

My Citroen C4 is perfect! I can not complain in the slightest. They hit the nail on the head with this one! Oh yessss, I remember, the customer service being 10/10!

Believe it or not, Dave, my salesman was possibly the nicest salesman I have ever come across. The people I bought my Nissan Qashqai from in Rainham, I think they went above and beyond their call of duty. I would recommend to anybody. I never actually intended to buy a car for me. Ironically, I was looking for a car for my grandson, after driving past Essex Car Company I couldn't not go and have a look.. well I ended up going about 3x over my budget on a car for myself! You could not write it haha! It's not very often that I praise a car dealer, 9 times out of 10, you do not get looked after like this. I am that happy I want to rate 11/10!

These guy's were good as gold all of the way through the journey! I don't really get to drive the VW Passat too much, but what I have driven of it, it runs great and it is perfect. I am very pleased and I've not experienced 1 slight issue... what more could you want? These guys were ace!

This is the best place for quality and the customer care is awesome, I have never come across this level of service. They took enormous amounts of care with everything they did. When I came to collect my Ford Focus from Essex Car Company I was left gobsmacked by how clean my car was, it looked like it had just come out of a Ford Showroom as a brand new car. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy their next car, you won't be disappointed! I only scored these 4/5 because no one is perfect but these came close.
