This is my third car from Essex Car Company. I keep coming back because I’ve never had a single issue with any of the cars I’ve bought. Better the devil you know as they say! 😜 The team at the dealership are great too...always friendly and really responsive. Even after the sale they check in to see how things are going which you don’t get everywhere. I’ve gone for a Dacia Sandero this time. I’m only doing around 5 miles a day so fingers crossed I’ll get a good return when it’s time to trade it in!

Big thanks to Amir for the amazing service. He was always really quick to respond which made me feel reassured. I did have a few issues with the car after buying it, but because it came with a warranty they took it back in and sorted everything out without any fuss. They even updated my maps while they had it in which was greatly appreciated. The car's been perfect ever since and I can't fault how it was all handled.

The fact that Essex Car Company is an AA Approved dealership really meant a lot to me as it gave that extra peace of mind. They definitely didn’t disappoint either. The service was excellent and I’d absolutely return for another car in the future. I’ve already recommended them to friends! I absolutely love my Mini Countryman. After a nightmare experience with my previous car it’s a huge relief to have something so reliable. It’s also a joy to drive and I’m genuinely really enjoying it!

Looking for a bigger vehicle for our large dog, we found the Ford Galaxy perfect size, salesperson Charlie was great, allowing us to look over the vehicle and test drove this model, all was good and they offered a part exchange on our vehicle which we were happy with, smooth transaction and small issues were dealt with before we collected it.
Once again great service as it was my second purchase from Essex Car Sales
