I bought a Nissan Qashqai for my partner as we needed a second car for small, local journeys, school run and shopping. We have had a Qashqai before and managed to find one at Essex Car Company which was well priced for such a high spec and new model. The car has been perfect so far, we have owned this for a good few months now and not experienced a single issue. Safe to say Essex Car Company come highly recommended.

The car is great and the staff are lovely, I did have some discrepancy over the log book and needed to buy a new one in the end which cost me £25, in the grand scheme of things it was a great service and the car is perfect!

I highly recommend Essex Car Company for their fantastic customer service and their great range of stock. I visited to buy a Mercedes A Class, I test drove the car and loved everything about it. I secured the deal and it was plain sailing from there! Through-out the purchase the salesman was was spot on - helpful, attentive and thorough with the details of the car. Over-all I'm really happy with the car and the service received, would have no reservations in returning in the future.

Essex Car Company have been fantastic to deal with, the salesman who sold me the car went above and beyond on many occasions. When I went to view the car it was raining heavily, he stood out in the rain and showed me the car in a great amount of detail, he explained the car's functions, features and gadgets, which has been a huge help since owning it. I had many questions to ask and all were answered, there wasn't a single thing the salesman didn't know about the car. I felt I was fully educated on what I was buying before agreeing the sale. Originally I put a quote in with Essex Car Company, I didn't expect to be down there taking a car away that quickly. Somebody for the dealership called me back pretty much instantly, they offered for me to come down and see the car, and I pretty much got it instantly.
