The team at Essex car company are all fabulous! A really welcoming, friendly group! They were very helpful throughout the sale and I was highly impressed. The warranty that came with my Kuga seems to be very good to, sometimes they aren't worth the paper they're written on but this one seems to be worth its weight in gold.

I don't know how to describe my experience with the team at Essex Car Company other than they made me feel so at ease and everything they said things would be is how is was. When I got my A-Class home I noticed the satnav wasn't working but I gave the team a call and they were really keen to help, told me to come back down, once I got there they has an SD card waiting for me and got it working in no time. I have had My Merc about a month and a half now so I've had a good little while to get used to it and it truly feels like its mine now, I love it. If it isn't clear already, I highly recommend Essex Car Company!!!
