I purchased a Mercedes back in July and up to now I have had no issues with it at all, the price only issue is that the car was supposed to be cleaned before I collected it but when I arrived it had not been done, they did offer to do it there and then but I didn't have time to wait. Other than that they have been very good and I would recommend them.

Mt experience with Essex Cars was okay. The battery did completely die after only one week of having the vehicle but as soon as I reported this to the dealers they got back to me very quickly and they replaced it immediately free of charge. Overall I would recommend.

I bought a Mercedes back in may from here and it perfect. I even had it checked by a Mercedes garage and they told me that the car is absolutely fine! I have had no issues what so ever and the price of the car was really good! I would certainly recommend Essex Car company.

I have purchased a Range Rover from here in the past. After buying it I came across some issues that meant it needed work doing to it. After the Essex Car Company sent it to be sorted some problems not to their fault occurred. They did sort it out for me but everything affects the way we feel about a dealership so as far as my buy i probably wouldnt recommend them. Like I said the faults and issues themselves were not to the fault of Essex Car Company
