I’m getting on well with my Mitsubishi Mirage and am really pleased with it overall. The only issue is the parking sensor, which needs looking into. Otherwise, everything has been great. The customer service was good and there was no pushiness when it come to the sale.

I brought a Ford kuga from Essex car company.
I was dealt with by Al. I was trading my car in as well.
Al was very helpful he listened to what I wanted.
There was a couple of defects that I was advised would be rectified. And they were.
On returning to collect the car I saw Dave (he made a nice coffee). On transferring cars over and sorting out the Financial side of things Vicky dealt with it.
All staff at Essex car company were very professional.
I would 100% recommend Essex car Company and use them again

The missus is chuffed to bits with her Ford Kuga - It's gotta be like 3 levels up from what she had before so she's well pleased. I can't fault the lads at the dealership. We've not had a car without faults in about 16 years, so this is a nice change. No qualms in recommending Essex Car Co they've been as good as gold.

We've just upgraded our Ford KA to an Audi A3 and wow, what a difference!! I can't fault the gents over at Essex Car Company...wish I could recall the name of the guy who helped us as he was really helpful and not pushy or salesy at all. We both felt really welcome from the moment we stepped foot in the door and our experience was great from start to finish. Definitely recommended to anyone in the market for great cars and excellent service.

My little Fiat 500's been exactly what I've needed 💕 It's perfect for the whole ULEZ charge thing which was costing me an absolute FORTUNE! It's been back and forth to Devon a few times and I'm loving every minute behind the wheel. One minor letdown was the fact the guys didn't have time to walk me over to it on collection, but I they were rushed off their feet so I'm sure they had plenty on their plate.
