I brought my dream car, a V10 Audi R8 from Essex Prestige and I’d like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. I had a few questions regarding my purchase that the sales team couldn’t answer so the owner, Victor, invited me into his office and explained everything clearly and put my mind at rest. Also, I had a slight issue with the car after I got it home and it needed a small amount of work to be done which Victor authorised and arranged, outside of the warranty agreement. Victor is a top bloke and if you are looking to purchase your dream car look no further than Essex Prestige. I can’t recommend Victor highly enough!

I'd have to go with a 5, great communication with nick, when the lower arm bush went you guys sent it out and paid for it and overall the car is amazing

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Essex Prestige, not only were they very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions, they make you feel so comfortable non of that stereotypical car salesman attitude which is so refreshing. I use a work van during the week, so I’ve been looking forward to the weekends even more since buying my Mercedes from Essex Prestige, it’s such a nice change to drive something so comfortable. The car has been running really well over the past couple of months, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it.
I visited the dealership specifically to see this car, and even though the staff knew I was interested, there was no pressure at all. They were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout.

The guys at Essex Prestige make buying a car a piece of cake! I had a few issues after the purchase, but they picked up the car, got everything sorted quickly, and returned it in no time. Honestly, they did a great job. The only thing missing was a cup of coffee during the sale—I wasn’t offered one! That said, I’d definitely buy from them again when it’s time to change my car—hopefully with coffee included next time.

I am overall very happy with my experience using Essex Prestige. I bought a Mercedes Benz X Class from them, and I'm very happy with it, its running really good now, at first there was a few issues but once i brought this to the dealerships attention they swiftly got this sorted for me with no questions asked. Would defiantly use them again.
