Couldn't of asked for much more from Essex Prestige. Any questions I had about the car, they'd come back to me straight away and anything that needed sorting on the Ford was agreed and fixed before the handover. It was as quick and easy as that.

I’m really enjoying the car and getting on well with it. I had an appointment at 10 o’clock to view the car, but things ran a little over before I got to see it. That said, the team was efficient, and we had the deal done and sorted before lunchtime. A good experience!

So far my Discovery Sport has been good and the only thing I've noticed is that the charger in the centre console doesn't work, which is why I'd give 4 stars but no issues otherwise. Victor's communication was great and whenever I called him, he answered.

I recently purchased a BMW 8 Series from Essex Prestige, and overall, everything has been fine. Dylan was very helpful throughout the process and was happy for me to take the car out on a test drive, which I appreciated. After agreeing to take the car I arranged for it to be delivered to my home. There was a part issue when it arrived, but the team quickly sent out a replacement, and everything is now sorted. I’m still waiting for the V5 as it's been 4 weeks now, but so far, I’m happy with the car and the service I’ve received.

Can't knock the lads at the dealership to be honest. I was an hour or two late with me travelling from Liverpool and they were happy to wait for me. The Defender has been spot on since. Happy to rate 5*.

Very happy with my Mercedes E-Class from Essex Prestige, I have noticed that the plug in hybrid gives me less miles than it shows, but this is something I'll keep an eye on. Dylan looked after me throughout the sale and he was great, even when it came to the handover there were no issues. I'd happily come back for another car in the future and would recommend it to others.

I think I’ve found my new go to dealership! I’d have no hesitation returning to Essex Prestige for any future cars. The team was great to deal with, and at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. The Tesla is my first electric car, and coming from a Kia, both me and the missus absolutely love it, especially how quick it is. Hands down, I’m happy to give Essex Prestige 5 stars!

I've had my Ford Ranger for a month now and it's running like a dream, I couldn't ask for anything better, plus it's been perfect for this weather. As for the service, I thought it was faultless.
